1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using shoplyfine.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

2. USE OF SITE

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3. PRODUCTS & PRICING

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products. Prices are listed in NOK and other currencies depending on your market, and may change without notice. We strive for accuracy but are not responsible for pricing errors.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. All transactions are in the currency displayed at checkout.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship internationally through third-party fulfillment partners. Delivery times vary by location and typically range from 10-20 business days. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return.

7. PRODUCT SOURCING & FULFILLMENT

Products are sourced from trusted suppliers and may ship directly from overseas warehouses. We work with third-party logistics providers to ensure quality and timely delivery.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Shoplyfine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including images, text, and logos, is owned by Shoplyfine and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Norway. Disputes may also be referred to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or the Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukertvistutvalget)

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
